Bolts and cross members need to be replaced The galvanized steel structure will need to be sanded and repainted
We will replace the tower's rotted wooden steps and put wire mesh on the handrails to improve visitor safety. The landings will need to be replaced in order to make the tower safe for visitors
The floor of the cabin has been weathering for almost two decades and the walls have been used for "target practice" by vandals. Both need to be replaced or patched. The roof of the cabin will need to be replaced with a new structure as will the cabin's windows.
